The primary focus of my business is creating custom reports, dashboards, and alerts that helps your organization better manage their people data. I can modify existing content that you have already developed or help you find delivered content within the Sample Reports or BI Content Libraries.
Data Analysis
Analyze your data to help you better understand big picture issues. If you are struggling to understand Terminations or Salary discrepancies, I can help you by creating custom reports that help you see the big picture and then discuss the results with you to help you come up with a plan to resolve any underlying issues.
Training
Build custom reports with you as the driver so you can learn as you go. Teach you how to troubleshoot your own error messages. Create custom training that meets your specific goals. Engage in working sessions that helps you see where data in the delivered packages comes from.
ABOUT
History
Anne Moser started out in Accounting & Finance. Her love of numbers and reports was apparent from the beginning. She worked closely with Executives, Payroll, and HR teams. Working with all of these people made her job that much more enjoyable.
Working for a customer of UKG, her boss "accidentally" gave her too much access into UltiPro Business Intelligence. And there was where her passion was founded.
In 2016, Anne went to work for UKG first on the BI Support team then over to the BI Consulting team. Working with customers to make their jobs easier by utilizing the tools in People Analytics (formerly Business Intelligence) is a true joy.
Anne has over 11 years of experience working with UKG Customers.
