If you are struggling to understand Terminations or Salary discrepancies, I can help you by creating custom reports that help you see the big picture and then discuss the results with you to help you come up with a plan to resolve any underlying issues.
Business Process Improvement
As an expert in Payroll & HR Data Analytics, I can work with your team to understand where some of the trouble spots might be and come up with alternative solutions to help mitigate inefficiencies. Questions I would ask: Where is your time spent? What part of daily activities do you despise?
Training

History
Anne Moser started out in Accounting & Finance. Her love of numbers and reports was apparent from the beginning. She worked closely with Executives, Payroll, and HR teams. Working with all of these people made her job that much more enjoyable.
As a former customer and employee of UKG, working with people and data is where her passion lies. Making people's jobs easier is what she strives to do.
